The guarantee applies to the first payment of a new monthly or yearly subscription only. It does not refund later renewal payments.
How to request a refund
Contact support within 14 days of your first payment to request a full refund. We'll process the refund and cancel future renewals.
Email [email protected] and include the email on your FBPlot account and the date of your first subscription payment.
Future renewals
When you use this guarantee, we will cancel future renewals as part of the refund process. You can also manage an active subscription from the Billing page.
