These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FBPlot (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service
FBPlot provides tools for creating football data visualizations (including radar charts and bar charts), exporting images, and managing chart presets. Features may change over time, especially while the Service evolves.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
3. Accounts and Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account at almaxgo20@gmail.com.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service (e.g., scraping at harmful rates, DDoS, probing).
- Upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes intellectual property rights.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
5. User Content
You may create or upload content (such as charts, presets, or text) through the Service ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant FBPlot a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, store, and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service.
6. Football Data and Accuracy
Player/team data, metrics, and league information may come from third-party sources. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability of data, and the Service is provided for informational purposes only.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, design, and branding, is owned by FBPlot and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
8. Fees and Paid Plans
The Service offers paid plans. Pricing, billing cycles, renewals, and cancellation terms are shown at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe, and refunds (if any) are handled according to the terms presented at checkout and applicable law.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FBPlot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and may provide additional notice if required by law.
